Most dosing systems on the market rely on time-based, flow-rate, or blending methods — even with pulse-width modulation, they can't get closer than around 2% accuracy. TankDose takes a different, patented approach: it continuously analyses the surface area of liquid in a tank in real time and calculates the exact change in volume for every millimetre rise or fall. A 1L/4,000L ratio becomes a 1ml/4L calculation — accurate down to 0.001%, with headroom to go even lower.
